Calories per serving: 427 calories
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsps ground flax seeds
2 tbsps nut or seed butter (or sunflower butter, almond, peanut or cashew)
Small handful fresh basil leaves (about 10 leaves)
2 cups frozen blueberries
2 frozen small bananas
4) In a blender, add almond milk and basil. Puree to desired consistency.
