Cucumber Apple Juice

Ingredients:
½ lemon
1 fennel bulb
2 green apples, cored
1 cucumber
1 bunch of mints
1 bunch of spinach, washed (10 oz.)
1 cup green tea, chilled

Directions:
1) In a blender, add green tea, cucumber, lemon and spinach. Puree to desired consistency..
2) Add remaining ingredients and continue to blend until smooth.
3) Transfer to a serving glass, serve and enjoy.
