Refreshing smoothie featured at Healing Smoothies
Servings per recipe: 2 servings
4-6 large kale leaves
1 cup pomegranate arils
1 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
1 pear, cored
1 knob ginger, (fresh and peeled)
6-12 leaves of fresh mint
1 cup water
1) In a blender, add water pear, and kale. Puree to desired consistency.
2) Add remaining ingredients and continue to blend until smooth.
3) Transfer to a serving glass, serve and enjoy.
