Red Island Detox Smoothie

Featured as breakfast drink in quick fatty liver detox plan, this smoothie is both rich and tasteful.

Servings per recipe: 1 serving

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 chopped beet
  • 1 carrot, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1 rib celery with long strands removed
  • 2 packets of stevia powder
  • squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon

 

Instructions:

Pour pomegranate juice into the blender. Add other ingredients and blend until everything is smooth. Add water if too thick. Enjoy!
