Servings per recipe: 1 serving
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 chopped beet
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1 rib celery with long strands removed
- 2 packets of stevia powder
- squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon
Pour pomegranate juice into the blender. Add other ingredients and blend until everything is smooth. Add water if too thick. Enjoy!
