Tomato and Beet Detox Smoothie

Servings per recipe: 1 serving

Ingredients:

½ cup cold water (optional)
1 packet Monk Fruit in the Raw
¾ cup diced fresh pineapple
½ red bell pepper
2 ½ inch wedge red cabbage
1 small ripe tomato
1 small beet
1 carrot

Directions:

1) In a blender, add water, pineapple, and red cabbage. Puree to desired consistency.
2) Add remaining ingredients and continue to blend until smooth.
3) Transfer to a serving glass, serve and enjoy.
